APPEAL DATE SET

Dundee's appeal to have the draconian punishements for going into administration reduced will be heard on Friday 17th December at Hampden Park, Glasgow. Dundee were initially docked 25 points and a transfer embargo placed upon them for entering administration for the second time in seven years. However these sanctions were suspended once Dundee appealed the decision. Lets hope they see sense and lower the punishement to a more sustainable level.
