DUNDEE IN CRISIS.....DUNDEE IN CRISIS......DUNDEE IN CRISIS

There is a general fear amongst Dundee fans that the future of the club is in severe doubt after benefactor and director Calum Melville offered his resignation from the board. The multi-millionaire has invested around £1.3M into the Dark Blues and helped the club purchase the likes of Leigh Griffiths and Gary Harkins for a reputed total of £250,000. There has been a wall of silence from the club since the news broke on Monday and board meetings were planned for Monday 20th Sept and Thursday 23rd September and in between Harry MacLean, Chief Executive was supposed to have had talks with Calum Melville but so far the club have not issued anything other than a "no comment" statement and basic information and haven't expanded any further. Very worrying times indeed!
