THE FANS HAVE VOTED!

Fresh investment is on the horizon for Dundee as the ballot put out to the supporters by the DFCSS went in favour of the fans diluting their shares in order for external investment to come into the club.

After a previous ballot, the result favoured the supporters shouldn't dilute their shares but a stark warning from the DFCSS about the club's future if the fans didn't dilute the shares has resulted in an overwhelming support for dilution.

Here is as follows the results:

Resolution: To allow the Society's shareholding in the Dundee Football Club Ltd. to drop below 50% of the issued share capital.

Yes: 619
No: 31
Invalid: 25

A "Yes" vote is therefore carried.  Turnout was 18.02%

The Election Management Group were responsible for the supervision of the fans ballot and they reported the outcome back to the DFCSS Society.
