PRE-SEASON FOCUS: TURIFF UNITED V DUNDEE

Dundee will begin their pre-season preparations with an away friendly to Turiff United on Thursday 7th July.  It is the first in a double header of games against Highland League opposition and Saturday will see Dundee visit Formartine United of which ex Dees Derek Soutar and Bobby Mann play for and is managed by former Aberdeen and Inverness CT boss Steve Paterson.

Turiff United were established in 1954 and their ground is situated in Turiff, Aberdeenshire. The Haughs has a capacity of 1000 and will be tight pitch in which Dundee will have to adapt to. Turiff United are a recent addition to the Highland League, after being accepted into the league in 2009 and officially joining for the 2009/10 season. They were previously in the North Premier League as a junior outfit.
